She earned her PhD in Digital Marketing and Consumer Behaviour from Aligarh Muslim University, India, complementing her academic qualifications with two master's degrees and two postgraduate diplomas. Dr. Singh's expertise extends further with international certifications in Digital Marketing, Neuromarketing, and Marketing Analytics, consolidating over 14 years of experience in academics and 8 years in the industry.
