Mr. Harsh Dhingra, a seasoned Management Consultant in the Rail and Metro domain, formerly served as the Chief Country Representative - India at Bombardier Transportation. With an extensive background in Business Development, Corporate Strategy, and Marketing within the Rail and Metro sector, he brings forth a wealth of expertise in market development, product innovation, strategic management, and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects.

As a professional Electrical Engineer with a robust foundation in Marketing and Project Management, Mr. Dhingra's engagement with the Indian Railways began in 1991 during his tenure at Crompton Greaves Ltd. Over the span of 16 years, he played a pivotal role in product development for various segments within Railway Electrification, Locomotive, Traction, Coaches, and Signalling.

Transitioning to Bombardier in 2010, Mr. Dhingra actively contributed to the advancement of Locomotives, EMUs, and their respective Systems, Subsystems, and Components. His career of over 28 years has been marked by diverse responsibilities encompassing Business Development, Sales and Marketing, Product Development, Project Management, Relationship Management, and active involvement in areas like PPP, Project Financing, and the introduction of cutting-edge technology in Electrical, Mechanical, and Signalling realms within the Rail and Metro industry.

Throughout his professional journey, Mr. Dhingra has collaborated with top-tier Railway Engineers, contributing to and witnessing substantial advancements in the Railway sector over the last five years.
