Mr. Devendra D. Mishra

Devendra D Mishra is an accomplished professional with over 31 years of extensive experience in project management across various facets of rail infrastructure, including railways, high-speed rail, and metro rail projects. Currently serving as the Executive Director (Rolling Stock) at Maha Metro in Pune, Mishra's career spans diverse roles and responsibilities in project planning, design, execution, commissioning, and operations and maintenance (O&M) of rail systems.

In his previous assignments, Mishra held significant positions such as Deputy Project Manager (System) at Japan International Consultants for the Mumbai Ahmedabad High-Speed Rail Project, overseeing coordination and project management for rolling stock, depot, and electrical system works. He also served as Deputy Chief Project Manager (System and Interface Management) for the MEGA project (Gujarat Metro Rail Project, Ahmedabad), managing system-wide coordination, integration, and interface management.

His expertise extends to Chief Electrical Engineer roles in the Bangalore Metro, where he spearheaded the planning, design, and implementation of electrical system works. His contributions in Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) Phase 1 and Bangalore Metro Phase 1 as a Traction Power Expert involved design, tender processes, end-to-end management, and coordination for traction, power supply, and E&M systems.

During his tenure in Indian Railways, Mishra held pivotal positions, including Rail Electrical Head for the Bangalore rail division, where he supervised the electrical system, and served as Project Manager for the RE Project.

Mishra's career objective is focused on aspiring for CEO/Project Director positions within the Energy/Power Sector, Rail and Metro Rail Infrastructure, Transport Infrastructure Project Management, and Design Consultancy Services domains.
