In June 2015, Srinivas assumed the role of Executive Director (Coal Movement) at Singareni Collieries Company Limited, showcasing his proficiency in managing critical operations. His subsequent appointment in November 2017 as Executive Director (Fuel Transportation) at NTPC Limited, a Maharatna PSU under the Ministry of Power, further highlighted his strategic acumen and operational prowess.
