The Urban Infra Business Leadership Awards is organised every year by Urban Infra Group (Urban Infra Communication, Urban Transport News and Metro Rail Today) in collaboration with leading industries, corporates and media houses to honour and recognize industry leaders (individuals as well as corporates) for their extraordinary contribution in developing major infrastructure projects in India through their innovative ideas, products, and services.
We know that industry leaders in the railways, transportation and urban infrastructure sectors need to establish and maintain close, effective relationships with stakeholders, policy makers and passengers that stand the test of time. This event will certainly help them to explore their visibility before the right audience.

Eligibility for Awards
- Nominations are invited in two categories – Individual and Corporate
- Nominations are open to all individuals/businesses (Govt./Non-Govt.) irrespective of their age, experience and the size of the business.
- The individual nominee should be either working or retired from the capacity of Senior/Middle Management positions such as CMD, MD, CEO, Director, VP, Executive Director, HOD, General Managers. Exceptional persons like Engineers will special skills can also nominate themselves for the awards.
- Blacklisted companies are not eligible for the Urban Infra Business Leadership Awards.
- The corporate nominee must have at least one representative office in India and be engaged in development-oriented infrastructure projects.
- The nomination form must be filled out either by the nominee or authorized representatives.
- More than one nomination can be submitted from a company or firm or individual in deafferent categories of awards, if they qualify the eligibility criteria..

The nominations for the 3rd edition of Urban Infra Business Leadership Awards 2024 can be completed in the following three steps:-

- Step 2: Receive Invoice for Payment towards Nominations Fee
- Step 3: Pay Nomination Fee and Get Confirmation E-mail
Nomination Fee
- INR 25,000 + GST 18% or USD 500 for Corporate Nominee
- INR 15,000 + GST 18% or USD 300 for Individual Nominee
- No fee for retired Govt. Servants
- Non-refundable.
The last date for submitting nominations for the 4th Edition of Urban Infra Business Awards 2024 is 30 th April 2023.
Selection Procedure
1. The winners will be selected by a team of industry experts and our editorial advisory board.
2. The evaluation of winners will be done based on their contribution and innovative achievements irrespective of the age of the person or business entity.
3. Criteria to be considered by the selection committee include excellence in the following areas:
- Use of the latest innovation & technology
- Result-oriented products & solutions
- Strong and result-oriented leadership skills
- Outstanding track record in the Industry
Announcement of Winners
- The nominees and award winners will be notified of the decision via email by 15th May 2024.
- The award recipient will be honored with an artistic trophy/certificate at the 4th Urban Infra Business Summit & Awards 2024 to be held on 25-26 June 2024 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, India.
- The winners will be awarded an artistic trophy along with a 'Certificate of Appreciation' in presence of renowned industry leaders.
- In case of any dispute in respect to the eligibility criteria or selection of finalists, the decision of the host will be final. However, in case of non-agreement with the decision of host, the party can approach any of the judicial courts situated in Delhi/New Delhi only.
